幕后制作

　　《朱莉娅的眼睛》由著名导演吉尔莫·德尔·托罗监制，西班牙导演古勒姆·莫拉雷斯执导，摄影师奥斯卡·弗拉曾为吉尔莫·德尔·托罗的《鬼童院》掌镜，让本片从色彩和质地上都很贴近前者。而本片的女主角贝伦·鲁艾达也曾主演德尔·托罗监制的前作《灵异孤儿院》。影片先是通过Sitges电影节首度公开，抱着很大期望的评论界反响相当消极，但之后在西班牙上映时得到了普通观众的喜爱。影片充满了张力，高潮不断，直到巅峰断裂，在意料之外突然结束，喜欢恐怖片的观众不会失望。上映七周，该片依然顽强的占据着票房前十的好成绩，成为本土唯一一部超越百万观众的电影。它在年度票房榜上则位列18，依然无法和强悍的好莱坞对抗。
