　　本片是09年恐怖片《夜魔》的续集，一个泡夜店的富二代美女被杀人狂棒加至一所布满血腥机关的迷宫，富爸秆爸随即派遣一支雇佣军拯救女儿，而他们需要一个人，他就是在前作中从杀人狂手中逃脱的神秘男子……
        第一部中经历了恐怖重创的阿金（乔什·斯图尔特）从与他交手的"收藏家"那儿逃脱，在返往医院的途中遭到了一群人的棒加案，他们受雇一个富翁的指使，富翁要求阿金和这些雇佣者一起寻找夜魔的住所，以解救他被抓的女儿艾伦娜。阿金和那些雇佣者组队去跟踪收藏家却又一次被困在机关重重之中。  
　　爱莲娜的朋友把她带到了一个非常隐秘的地方去参加一个派对，爱莲娜很开心，但是她怎么也没有料到自己会变成著名的变态杀手夜魔的最后一个受害者。
　　夜魔在劫持了爱莲娜之后，就把她扔到了一家废弃的旅馆之中了。这个旅馆被废弃了多年，在夜魔的修改之下，已经变成了一个充满机关和危险的复杂迷宫，而爱莲娜则深陷其中，难以迈动步子。
　　在得知自己女儿失踪之后，爱莲娜的富有的老爹找来了一支雇佣军队来营救自己的女儿。可以雇佣军对夜魔这个变态杀手一无所知。无奈之下，爱莲娜的爸爸只好找来了一个叫做阿尔金的小伙子，他就是曾经成功逃离夜魔之手的那个幸存者。而在爱莲娜父亲的恳求下，阿尔金踏上了再一次与夜魔面对面的恐怖旅程。
